Filter Performance
The filter we produce can replaces the Original filter, the use of domestic mature production and processing technology, imported US HV material processed production. Be fully effective in filtering out impurities in the hydraulic system, and make the equipment in a good working environment.
Product Application
Not all coalescers can work effectively in high concentration dispersed phase and low interfacial tension (MFN). For example, conventional box coalescers made of fiberglass begin to lose efficiency when MFN is less than 20 dyne/cm. Coalescer AquaSep XS from Poole is a highly efficient polymer material suitable for various applications with very low FMS values in liquid/liquid systems.
The material will not lose its activity in the presence of surfactants. When the surfactants (natural or synthetic) "cover" the surface of the material, the deactivation of the material is observed. Eliminate the current labor force to replace inactive glass fiber filters. Reduce corrosion in coalescer rear equipment. Reliable operation of liquid/liquid coagulators in complex applications such as fuel with additive modules, refinery semi-finished products, HC condensates, NGL in ethylene production
This multistage system removes particulate matter from the filter and then proceeds to the second step of either the single stage of the horizontal coalescer or the two-stage vertical coalescer/separator for separating two-phase flows. The removal amount of Coalescers AquaSep XS is 15 ppm (volume). It is also effective in a wide range of conditions, such as initial impurity concentrations up to 10% and MFN below 20 dyne/cm.
